How to Improve Your Mind

Through Meditation, one can obtain mental relief and a meaningful life. Meditation is the simplest way to improve your mind. The first noble person who knew that this mind can be improved is, Lord Buddha. Lord Buddha attained the highest possible enlightened mind that a human can possess and declared us to improve ours. Buddhist or not, one can boost their brain power faster.



To boost your brain power you need a bit of practice. The only possible solution is Meditation.

  • Are you suitable for Meditation?

    If you can improve meditation, your mind will be improved faster. To do this, you should have the ability to THINK. If you cannot think, you are way too far from attaining a relieved mind.

    Most of us don't improve our minds. There are few that attain in meditation. You can reach for those few. Keep calm and study meditation with full attention.
  • Calm your mind with effort



    You have born in a human life. So that, you can THINK. With the ability to think, one must think of getting higher in thinking.
    But your mind's nature will distract your concentration. Maybe to meditate or calm and boost your brain power, you wouldn't be able to do anything. Your mind will end up in the very beginning no matter what you do.
    That's why you should do this, with great effort.

    The specialty of boosting your brain power is you'll be able to strengthen your good qualities. When you improve your mind, you will build a strong personality in yourself. Then you'll claim your own arrogance.

    Once you attain your personality, you won't be wasted anymore. You won't envy anyone, anymore. You won't get angry or vengeance from anyone. You won't be dissatisfied on others' success. You'll be happy in everything, instead. This is the status you will reach next. To attain this status, one must improve their potential.

How to Maintain Mental Health

Mind is everything. What you think, you become. In order to achieve success in whatever you think, dream; your mind must be healthier enough.

  •   Be Positive



    Your mind contains so much power that you would never think of. It's the most vital resource in our lives. Turn every situation in to some positive way and make them your opportunities to have some fun, instead.

    When your mind starts negative talk, Stop! Cut it out. Think of your precious gifts of your life; your parents, the ones you are most grateful for. That will distract your mind's negative talk.

  • Think Small. Act Bigger.



    When our mind think of bigger goals, the ability to think; shrinks down. So, we get frustrated and lazy. Instead, set goals which are tangible and time-bound. Always be present at present! Now will always come before the next. Focus on them, according to your priority order.

  • Be happy



    Enjoy the moment, at its best. If your mind is stressed and depressed, think of what is best to do. If watching a 3 hour movie or a TV serial sounds like heaven, do it! The smaller thing that makes you happy, do them.
    Because, your happiness is invaluable. It's the main part of being healthy.

  • Manage Stress



    This one is huge. When stress kings in our lives, everything else gets cluttered. Our home, our mind, our relationships; all seems chaotic. Take some time for yourself and think of what you will do to be more calm and relaxed.

    These will calm your mind but, it's up to you to choose your own stress-killer.
    • Doing yoga

    • Listening to Relaxation Music
    • Having a long shower
    • Going for a walk
    • Going Beach!
    • Watching a Movie
    • Taking a Beauty sleep

  • Rest!



    When you feel fed up, forget about the rest of the world, and do what's good for you now. The best thing to do will be having a holiday. Grab your favorite chocolate bar and enjoy your favorite movie with your best buddy.
    Take a morning off. Trust me, you'll feel twice as energized when you get back.

How to Motivate People

It's obvious that you have noticed so many depressed, stressed, shy and frustrated people. You would have even felt uneasy and want to help them to pull them up.

  • Care for them



    Greet them, when you see them, Say HI and talk with them. Just try to distract them from being alone. Don't ever ignore them for any matter. Because, all are the same. They may be a little different in their behavior. But, showing them some care is the best thing you can do.

    Throw some random jokes with the flow of the conversation. Drag them outwards their problems and laugh out loud.

  • Be a Nice Friend



    A good friend is always there for their friends in thick and thin, unconcerned of their status. It's simple as that. Always be there for them. When they are being bullied, stand up for them. When nobody is there for them, BE there.

  • Inspire them



    After some chill talk, get into business. Tell them that they are really unique and special. Tell them that you have never met such a marvelous character like him/her. Make them feel, problems occur to everyone. But, the challenge is to face them, bravely. Tell them inspirational stories and encourage them to enjoy life.
     
  • Introduce them to your friends

     

    When you get to know your depressed friend, you can introduce him/her to your friends. Consider him/her as one of your besties. Those people always like to know strangers, but shy at the same time. You can be the cord of connection and introduce them to many of your friends. So that she/he will be merrier.


     
  • Motivate them to chase their dreams



    They'll be pleased to share their sad story with you. Once you get to know that, avoid spreading it to others. Remember that, they told you the truth because they believe in you, they trust you. Instead, encourage them. Tell them to never stop chasing their dreams for silly matters. This will give them some hope. They need it. You BE it.

  • Be Happy


    If your job is satisfactory, then jump and shout out the happiness. Be proud that you mean a lot to people.
    But, if things go out wrong, then WHY worry? Bygones are bygones. Just remember, you tried. It's totally out of your hands, to change them. They themselves have to. Be happy because it's the thought that counts. You thought for good. If things are unsatisfactory, don't worry because you tried to do good. That's all what matters most.
